Another question I received: What is the cancellation Policy for Hotel Reservations. Should you need to cancel your reservation, it must be done 48 hours prior to the 3:00pm Check-in Time on the date your reservations starts.
IF you have completed the Hotel Room Special Request Form: I have your request and I am working with the Westin to ensure they are met. If I have any issues, I will contact you via email. Once I can confirm all requests, I will send email to you. Hang tight, these Special Request are in the works. Thanks for your patience.
Room Parties: If you’ve already filled out the Hotel Room Special Request Form, Next week you will receive an email confirming your Room Party Application and Request(s).
If you are planning a Room Party and have not filled out the Hotel Room Special Request Form, do so now! Even if you plan a private party, I need to know so I can ensure you are placed on the correct floor to prevent your party from being shut down.
